[Plugin: Wapple Architect Mobile Plugin for WordPress] Menu only shows pages – categories don't

I don’t expect Wapple to be compatible with the Mutli-level nav plugin I use but I do expect it to display my blog categories in the menu. It is only showing pages – About, Contact, etc.

Am I doing something wrong? I’ve reviewed every feature on every tab in the system.
