Activation problem at a new url

    For the last few months I have had problems activating “Insert or Embed Articulate Content into WordPress plugin” on my new site swotsmart.co.uk. However, activation efforts fail every time with error messages “Your license is not valid for this url” and “Your license key has reached its activation limit”.

    As a result I have sent numerous emails to vendors support besides submitting the issue on the their online form with no response,

    The WP site where the plugin was previously installed has been deleted and seems to need the vendor to enable the license to my new site.

    As I license holder since 2020 I am surprised at the lack of any response considering that my license was renewed as recently as 27 October 2023 (Order no. 24258).

    I am sure it is a simple enough issue which I would very much request to be resolved urgently.

    We (Cozmoslabs, the developers of Profile Builder) do not have any association with the “Insert or Embed Articulate Content into WordPress” plugin (this is not a plugin we developed). For any issues with that specific plugin, I suggest opening a support topic directly on their support form.
