Slow response, how to speed up?

    I’ve added an assistant to my site. When I ask it a question, it takes like 30 seconds and then responds. Is there any way I can speed this up? it is very slow. It also loads and then puts all the text as once instead of typing it out overtime. Any way to make this experience more natural for the customers would be useful.
