    My client has a new store with an order going through December 21. Today is December 28, and the order is still processing. How can I get help to see what is going on? Thanks.

    Processing?— Payment received (paid) and stock has been reduced; order is awaiting fulfillment. All product orders require processing, except those that only contain products which are both?Virtual and Downloadable.

    So, unless the order is virtual (and set to complete automatically) the order will be set as Processing until they are set as completed by the store owner.

    So, when the order is finalized, the store owner needs to go to Woocommerce > Orders > Click on the order > Change the status to Completed > Save the changes.

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
