Feature Request: menu order alphabetical

Although ASE has the option to order the vertical wp-menu I still need to use “Admin Menu Editor” by Janis Elsts because with this plugin you can sort the menu alphabetically. This is the most useful feature to have all menus the same in all websites. Everything else let me go crazy! ??

So my wishlist is:
function to order alphabetically (important!)
rename the menus (to have the _Dashboard always on top (nice to have)
reorder submenus (alphabetically) also (nice to have but not important)
