wrong currency submitted to payment provider

With Curcy installed (premium version), we receive complaints from customers that PayPal and also Apple Pay received our CAD payment requests in a wrong currency (USD) and our customers were overcharged. For example, an order for 100 CAD was charged like 100 USD, and our customers had to pay about 137 CAD (like 100 USD).

This is extremely bad situation. Curcy is not even activated on the frontend, everything is tuned off like currency by country etc. because we only need it to have incoming USD orders from Amazon converted to USD.

But this is so unreliable, that we need to find a different solution than Curcy.
