    I don’t understand the configuration of Google Pay and Apple Pay.

    I am unable to make them run in my website.

    I already did it. The business profile seems approved:

    Then I try to do the screenshots of the checkout but I can’t because I obtain this message:

    The translation is:

    Google Pay is not enabled in this business.

    • Apple Pay: As I see it is only necessary to verify the domain. I already did it, the succesful message appears but I can’t see the Apple Pay button in the checkout (I have tried in iPhone).

    You need to enable test mode via the API Settings page if you want to collect your GPay screenshots. Per the plugin documentation, when test mode is enabled, GPay works without a merchant ID.

    Apple Pay: As I see it is only necessary to verify the domain. I already did it, the succesful message appears but I can’t see the Apple Pay button in the checkout (I have tried in iPhone).

    There are other requirements. You must have a valid payment method in your device’s Apple Wallet and you must use the Safari browser.

    I have checked again and seems Google approved my website, right?:

    I already enabled the Google Pay gateway but I don’t really know if it is working as I didn’t test in test mode because I don’t get how to do it.

    Hi @monicaamb12,

    It is not working fine.

    A failed payment doesn’t mean that Apple Pay isn’t working. Go to the order notes for the failed order and that will have information about why the payment failed.

    What do the order notes say?

    The order notes which are visible on the order details page. WooCommerce > Orders and click the order #.
