Unable to import starter site “fashion shop”

    I installed Sydney theme and tried to import starter site “Fashion shop” but an error occurs every time saying: {something went wrong}.
    I tried reinstalling the theme and the plugins, i tried clearing cache, i tried different browser, i tried installing the plugins one by one… still the same issue occurs.
    can you help me out?
