    Unable to update your Google Merchant Center contact information. Unable to update Merchant Center account: [account.businessIdentity] The given merchant does not meet requirements for assigning BusinessIdentity.

    An error I received in Step 3: I tried to download old versions of the plugin and use them, but it was absolutely unsuccessful.

    1. All information has been fully verified on merchants.google.com, all required links are approved. but fails.

    2. I deleted all other Feeds connected to the Google Store and tried again, but it still didn’t work.

    3. I disabled all plugins except Woocommerce that I added to WordPress and tried again, unsuccessfully.

    Plugin Up to Date, PHP 8.1, WordPress Up to Date, I use VDS High Speed Personal Server. I no longer think that the problems are definitely coming from me.

    Please let me know if you find an updated solution to the problem, I am following the issue.

    I opened a completely new business account on Google Merchant Center and briefly filled in the necessary information. Then I tried logging in with a new business account and the problem was solved. But I didn’t understand why it wouldn’t accept my old account.

    Your existing Google Merchant Center account might not meet certain requirements set by Google for Business Identity. This could be due to a variety of reasons, including changes in Google’s policies or issues with the verification process.

    Since you were able to connect a new Google Merchant Center account successfully, I would recommend continuing with this account if it does not disrupt your business operations.

    However, if you still wish to use your old account, I would suggest reaching out to Google Merchant Center support directly. They might be able to provide more insight into why your account does not meet the requirements for assigning Business Identity.
