Hello! I came up with a problem where I am not able to edit or view Elementor pages anymore due to Jeg Elementor Kit. I read many blogs and tried every method to resolve this error but nothing resolved it. I am attaching SS below where I tried deactivating other plugins but the main culprit is Jeg, I tried increasing the PHP memory limit to 1024M but of no use, I updated all the plugins to their updated version but still no solution. But as soon as I deactivated Jeg everything started to work. I tried activating elementor Container too but I am just frustrated coz I bought Template from envato and that is made on Jeg, So Understand my problem.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @nabeelahmed370,

We apologize for the delay in responding. Could you provide the error message you’re encountering? Typically, error messages can be found in the debug.log or error.log files. If you’re not familiar with technical issues like this, you might consider reaching out to your hosting service provider for assistance. They can help investigate the error since a 500 error is often related to server issues.

Currently, we don’t have a specific solution for this problem, but you can try reactivating all your plugins, especially Elementor. Sometimes, reactivating Elementor can resolve certain issues. If that doesn’t work, you can explore some of the solutions available in the forum linked below.

Before making any changes, we recommend that you back up your data to ensure it can be restored in case of any unintended errors.

We’ll await further updates from you.

    Thank You

    Hi,

I’m having the same issue. I was editing my Nouriv kit template without any issues until it stopped updating, and then I was no longer able to view my site. I received a 500 error, so I reached out to my host, who was able to isolate this issue to your plugin Jeg-elementor-kit. My host also increased memory size to the max allowed – 512MB per PHP worker for a total of 1536MB. My error logs primarily show “allowed memory size exhausted.” However, my host also put me over the allowed memory limit of 1024MB, and the plugin still didn’t work.

What is the solution for this? I have deactivated your plugin but without this plugin the templates features/text is mostly removed. This is very inconvenient. What do you suggest?

    Thanks,

    C
