Existing users who created their accounts while the plugin was operational are encountering a critical error ‘There has been a critical error on this website’ when attempting to access the cart and checkout pages. To ensure customers can continue purchasing items, we’ve temporarily disabled the plugin on the website. This problem emerged following the plugin’s recent code update on December 20, 2023, which coincides with the onset of this issue. I kindly request your attention to this matter and seek your expert advice on the most effective solution to resolve this critical issue, as it significantly impacts the client’s website functionality.

Enable PHP error logging for more info about this critical error.

Read this guide: “How to enable debug logging”

    https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1751-enable-debug-logging

You will get a PHP log file with notices and errors in this file:
    .../wp-content/debug.log

Post the content of this file here in the Forum and we can give you the PHP error explanation. For best formatting use the Forum’s CODE format.
