Can’t customize anything

Hello,
I can’t personalize my theme (OceanWP), I desactivated the latest plugins to be certain, but I still can’t customize anything.
The customization page is not working, the left column says “widget” and the right one is grayed out.
I did “inspect the page” to see the error code which I paste at the bottom. I don’t know if that help or not… I’m afraid to have to desactivated all plugins and lost everything I made so long to do…
Oh, I specify that I updated everything as well and in “general” this is “https”… Everything else works well.

Hello @noshiro,
We have not received any similar reports so far, and we can not reproduce that issue on our end.
To check the issue, please install a theme that supports customizer, like Storefront theme, and deactivate all plugins, then recheck the issue.
If the issue is gone, please activate them and for troubleshooting, do the following steps and let me know the results:
0. Enable the primary theme(if you are using a child theme),
1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugins,
2. Deactivate all plugins,
3. Then, first, activate the Ocean Extra plugin,
4. Check your issue,
5. Then, activate your plugins one by one,
6. After activation of any plugins, check your issue.Note 1: You can try troubleshooting on the staging website/or on a fresh installation.
Note 2: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).
Note 3: Some of the js errors seem to stem from the server. Please contact your host provider to check the permissions for files and folders.
