View content and add to cart issue

Hey. I’ve talked with you before about view content event and add to cart event that’s not work, I tried disable the javascript in cache options already and I talked with the theme support saing changing a theme doesn’t resolve the issue, what else can be done?

I checked your previous thread and saw that it seemed the issue was solved once you switched to the Storefront theme.

Just to confirm, did we misunderstand that or have the issue come back later?

If it was solved and then came back even on the Storefront theme, have you changed something on the website in the meanwhile? Added or updated any plugins?

Can you please try deactivating WP Rocket: ??? WP Media – 3.15.6 and see if the issue persists?

But to make sure we are all on the same page, the issue on your site only happens if you have this theme active, right? With the Storefront theme it works correctly?

Were you able to deactivate WP Rocket: ??? WP Media to test if the issue persists?

I checked your website, and the PageView event seems is working fine.

However, since the problem sometimes occurs even with the Storefront theme, it could be an issue with a plugin conflict. Since deactivating WP Rocket didn’t resolve the issue, I suggest you try a full conflict test.

Here are the steps to do that:

1. Deactivate all of your plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce.
2. Check if the issue still occurs.
3. If it doesn’t, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the site after each one, to identify which plugin is causing the conflict.

Also, make sure your WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce plugins are both up to date. Outdated versions can sometimes cause unexpected issues.
