    Hi Team,

We are using wordfence recaptcha for login/register page. The customer can’t log in to the site. We are checking in the browser console “ Invalid site key or not loaded in api.js “. this error is rendered in the console.

one month before we faced this issue, we updated the plugin to its latest version. It was fixed. but again we are facing this issue. so we updated the plugin today. but can’t fix this issue. so please check and let us know the possibilities of archiving this customer login form.

Hi @manigtvr, thanks for reaching out.

I’ve not heard of Wordfence updates breaking existing reCAPTCHA keys/secrets before, but the error message you mention in the console seems consistent with Google unable to verify the site key details upon initialization of the Javascript. Are you using a custom login page or just the WordPress/WooCommerce defaults as supported by Wordfence?

Check that our reCAPTCHA options in Wordfence > Login Security > Settings are still populated with the v3 site key and secret – and that they match those in your Google settings.

With reCAPTCHA v3 keys, they should also match the reCAPTCHA keys for your site’s URL in Google’s “Domains List” (including the correct HTTP or HTTPS part of the address) in: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/

    Thanks,
    Peter.
