    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    The “????” you’re seeing is normally caused by an encoding issue where the tables can’t encode special characters (in your case RTL) which results in this issue.

    Which language are you using? I’d like to give this a test on our side to try and replicate it.

    Thanks for your feedback. I would recommend taking a look at your database’s encoding type as something might be used that doesn’t support these special characters. UTF-8 is recommended.

    PMPro Courses makes use of a core WP post type so the encoding should match all the other post types and content in it.

    Does this issue occur for any other content including posts or pages on your site?
