    I have installed Jetpack only for receiving new order alerts on my phone using the official Woocommerce app, but it’s not working.
    I have enabled JSON API and Notifications modules and Woocommerce app connects fine with my site but I don’t get new order alerts even though the app settings are set fine for notifications.
    I have also enabled the Legacy API in the Woocommerce advance settings as someone suggested but it’s still not working.
    Can you suggest any workarounds?
    Btw I’m using Blocksy theme.

    What a pathetic support team. No one has responded even after 4 days of opening this ticket.

    P.S. For everyone else facing the same issue: I tried everything but nothing worked. Eventually I just uninstalled the Woo app and reinstalled it from Playstore and everything started working normal, including the new order alerts, lol.

    I’m closing this ticket but what a shame for the useless support team of this plugin.
