[Plugin: Query Multiple Taxonomies] Including posts from child taxonomy in the parent

  • I’m seeking the correct terminology for this request so I can find an answer.

    I would like to have the posts from a parent tax, and all of its children, show up in a query.

    Right now, it seems as if only the parent terms are appearing in the results from the widget query.

    Any ideas of how I might be able to do this? (Or a better way to ask?)

    You mean to include posts from the term’s children also.

    This should already be happening, if your taxonomy is hierarchical.
