Dear team,

I am running latest version of WooCommerce, Shoptimizer Theme and Litespeed Cache.

Some time users are complaining that they are able to add products to the cart and cart shows count as well but when user navigate to cart page, cart is empty. Same issue is observed in incognito mode also.

Would be great if you can help me to troubleshoot the issue by seeing Report number: RSBLKIKZ.

PS: Personally, I am unable to produce the issue.

May I know how to exclude?cart, checkout, and mini cart? in Litespeed Cache?

please make sure hosting cdn is disabled , then go to Cache -> Woocomerce -> Vary for Mini Cart , set it to ON , then purge all.

Now one more thing I observed that when I add product to cart from individual product page, cart shows empty, Please check https://ibb.co/QM2Yw3k & https://ibb.co/Z1YnGQL

– Same issue is happening for both mobile and desktop view
– Same issue is not happening when I add products to cart from Archive or Homepage.

I have disabled Object cache from hosting side and in LSCache plugin but its not working.

What I have observed that as soon as I add product to the cart, the cart number increases but it become zero again in fraction of seconds.

hm? what if you reset it to default setting in Toolbox -> import/export?
