    Hi, even though I have not ticked “Exclude on sale products”, the discount is only being applied to the full price, not the sale price. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?

    Please, check your rule appliance step-by-step using this article: https://docs.algolplus.com/algol_pricing/why-the-rule-doesnt-apply/

    If you don’t find anything strange, please, submit the ticket to our helpdesk with the screenshots of your rule, your cart and with the submitted our JSON system report.

    Thanks @thisisirene that was a very fast response!

    I was able to find a setting to enable the discount to apply to the sale price but unfortunately, it doesn’t show the original full price as well i.e., I was hoping it would show the full price crossed out, then the sale price and then the discount (perhaps in the coupon section).

    Anyway, no big deal, I will use what it can do instead. I don’t suppose you can tell me if the rule will revert to being a discount for the full price once the sale is over? I have scheduled the sale to finish Jan 1st, and it would be good if I didn’t need to make any further changes when that day arrives.

    @mrretail, to finish the sale on January 1st at 00:00 (the end of the December 31st and start of the January 1st), please, input the “Date to” in the rule header: https://snipboard.io/TfcA1K.jpg

    Unfortunately, there’s no a ready solution for your first purpose with striking the original price instead of the sale.
