Setting shipping to taxable=Yes does NOT calculate/extract tax on order/invoice.

Checked this and it still doesn’t calculate tax on freight. Only on shop products.

    https://woo.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/

    Only have one tax rate.

    Example:

    Farvepr?ve 0,1 Liter Ler/Marmor: Ler 28,00?kr.

    Subtotal 28,00?kr.

    Shipping:?<bdi>48,00?kr.</bdi>

    Total <bdi>76,00?kr.</bdi><small> (including?25% TAX 5,60?kr.)</small>

Correct TAX is 15,20 Dkk – not 5,60!

The 25% number looks weird because both 5.6 and 15.2 are 20%.

Could you double-check you have the Shipping checkbox checked in your tax rate settings?

If so, please try adding the built-in Flat Rate method temporarily. Do you see the tax applied to it?
