[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] PHP changes not updating instantly

  • Hi – when i make changes to functions.php on my site (or custom_functions.php in thesis framework), when i refresh my page it doesn’t update straight away – i don’t have this problem with CSS changes, just php – so i’m thinking there must be some setting in W3 Total cache causing this? Anyone got any ideas of what would cause this – appreciate your help.

    If you’re using page caching, this is expected behavior. You will need to empty the page cache unless you are logged in (and the default settings related to this case are unchanged).
