Multi-language cross-site tracking

Our website URLs :
1- https://bornedecharge.ca/soumission/ (french)
2- https://ev-chargers.ca/quote/ (english)Using polylang wordpress language plugin to switch to corresponding product/page between languages.
I tried to configure Cross-Site Tracking with Target Website URL to https://bornedecharge.ca with same Affiliate Keyword (aff)…
When I go to https://ev-chargers.ca/quote/?ref=nicklas, my profile picture appears correctly.
Then go to https://ev-chargers.ca/quote/ without the ?ref=nicklas and my profile picture is still there using custom shortcode getting slicewp_aff cookie value containing affiliate_id.
Then go to https://bornedecharge.ca/soumission/ and the slicewp_aff cookie is not set so I suppose Cross-Site Tracking is only working for 2 different wordpress setups (marketing site vs commercial site).Any knowledge of how I could sync slicewp_aff cookie between my 2 URLs ?
