    Hi,

Can you try to click on the “Rescan local storage” to refresh the backup list? Do you still see the backup you are trying to restore on the list?

    Thanks,
    Bryle

    Hello Bryle,

I did and it still says: “This file does not exist locally, and there is no remote storage for this file.”
    Really don’t understand why

    Hi,

Can you download the backup to your desktop and re-upload to UpdraftPlus “Backup/Restore” tab? After upload test the “Restore” button again if it works this time.

    Thanks,
    Bryle

i have been able to restore it

thank you very much for your- help

Hi, actually I’m having the same problem @bcrodua. It says “This file does not exist locally, and there is no remote storage for this file.”

I downloaded the zip file from my host to my desktop and manually uploaded the backup to updraftplus. Hit the “restore” button again and it’s still telling me “file does not exist locally, and there is no remote storage for this file.”

Any help would be great. Thanks so much.
