  • Hi @photomatosis

    Greetings for the day.

I have checked your referred issue, and the download is working fine in the https:// mode.

Please have a look at this: https://www.loom.com/share/c7d6a38da3894a19a2b7ebe679069f7f?sid=aa27ac4b-c7c7-4627-ac7c-c79a1b70b881

So, can you please try if you have any after clearing your browser, website, and CDN caches?

If the problem still exists then, please try disabling this option: https://prnt.sc/SIUAzAN-w5O7

    Hi,

are you sure file was actualy downloaded? It seems it is dowloading but after some time it just say failed. Also the file is small(13MB) it should be downloaded in matter of seconds not long as in your video.

I’ve tried with different browsers on different machines whitout luck so it’s not just on my machine.

    Disabling output buffering didn’t help.

    Thank you

    Hi @photomatosis

Maybe it’s related to server caching.

If it is related to cache then you have to exclude download URLs from caching and if it is related to server timeout then increase PHP execution time.

Also, please try after deactivating other third-party plugins installed on your website. You may temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme to check theme compatibility.

Could you advice how to do that?

This is something what I can’t change, my internet provider doesn’t allowing me to change as I’m using free tier.

    Hello @photomatosis

If you use any specific plugin, please check the related plugin documentation page regarding the exclude procedure.

Apart from that, regarding the PHP execution time, please ask your internet provider; they will do it for you.

However, can you please try a different server to check whether the issue is WPDM-related or server-related?

    Regards
