Issue with News Category Archive Page Displaying Shortcodes

    Hi,

    I am reaching out to report an issue I am experiencing with the news category archive page on my WordPress website.

    The problem is that the news category archive page is displaying shortcodes of plugins that I use for designing purposes. This is causing a disruption in the intended layout and design of the page.

    I have ensured that the plugins are properly activated, and they work as intended on other pages. However, on the news category archive page, the shortcodes are not being processed correctly, leading to their raw display on the front end.

    This problem is not from the page builder plugin because I have checked with woocommerce short codes it also showing codes

    I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. If there are any specific steps I can take or additional information you require to investigate further, please let me know.

    Before we dive in, let me know if you’ve used any custom shortcodes or not. Meanwhile, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    • Update WordPress, plugins, and themes to the latest versions available, as well as run a theme/plugin compatibility test?in these steps:
      – Switch to a WordPress default theme, “Twenty Twenty-Three”. Then check again to see if it resolved the issue.
      – Deactivate all of your plugins
      – Reactivate and check them one by one
      If the problem is fixed, the plugin/them you deactivated was the culprit, you should contact their support team and let them know about the issue.
    • The other option here is to enable WordPress debugging mode, as described here.
    • Check your website’s PHP version and the compatibility?of your WordPress and plugins.

    If the issue persists, or you have trouble doing the steps, you can also contact your hosting support team and let them know about this issue, as they can check for any server-related issues or technical help.
