Cannot enable automation in settings

    Hi there, after I installed and connected the plugin via API key, I cannot turn on automation as it keep saying

    ‘You have not enabled automation in Brevo. Please do so by choosing the Automation application here: account-app.brevo.com/account/apps/ Thanks’

    However the link above is redirected to https://app.brevo.com/app-store/manage-integrations where i have my WordPress and WooCommerce integrations up and running

    If I search for “automation” in the integration panel, there’s no result

    I wonder if it’s just a phased out legacy from the sendinblue integration?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your message. Could you please uninstall and reinstall the plugin ?

    If that doesn’t still work, could you go to “Automation” tab on your account, and create any workflow. You can delete it once it’s done.

    Hi Alexis, following your input I just had to click the go-to button in the automation panel, after waiting few minutes “setting up your first automation” i was then able to enable the setting in WordPress, without actually creating an automation yet!
