Cant upload images after i install this plugin

  • After I installed the plugin, I am unable to upload new images. This is the error I get:

    The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.

    I tried to switch the Image Optimization to Manual. It does not help either.
