ez toc is showing titles that don’t exist

  • Dear Support,

    I have created a post template which I would like to use for more posts in the future. I have added the shortcode at the bottom of the page. The table of contents is showing only titles which are not visible in the content of the page? I could also not exclude them with the advanced settings?

    Hi there, Thank you for contacting us. Could you please confirm if you are using the TOC plugin without combining it with other plugins? Mixing plugins can lead to conflicts, which might be causing that kind of issue you mentioned.

    Thanks for your reply. I don’t use any other table of content related plugin. Just the normal plugin’s I already used. This is the list of plugins that I currently use:

    • Autoptimize
    • Bloom
    • Cookieyes
    • Divi builder
    • Divi Torque Lite
    • Easy table of content
    • Litespeed Cache
    • MC4WP
    • Rankmath
    • Responsive Accordion and Collapse
    • Tablepress
    • Widgets for Google reviews

    Those plugins where also the used plugins before the problem appeared.

    Hi, i am adding the TOC through the code [ez-toc] within the Divi builder that interacts with the plug-in set-up.
