  • Same error message here after updating, I already contacted Mailpoet-support but no response yet. Some other Mailpoet admin pages are also not working in the new version. Restored a backup of my website to the previous version of the plugin.

    Hi there!

Thank you for contacting us. I’m sorry to hear that.

Can you please send me a screenshot of the whole page where you see the error?

Also, Can you please send us the following information:

    – A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.

    – Copy and paste the information from?MailPoet?> Help >?System Info.?

    Thanks!

I can see why, looks like something is interfering with the extension and causing these errors and blank pages. Was MailPoet working previously, or is this the first time using it?

These js errors may be caused by a conflict with the pagebuilder you are using, if you disable the plugin js_composer_salient and the other Salient Plugins, are you able to view the MailPoet pages without error?

This might be best tested on a staging site instead of your live site. If you don’t have one, it’s possible to create one using the free?WP Staging?plugin.
