Package gets stuck at 22.9%

Hello,

I’m trying to create a package but It gets stuck at 22.9% and after a while I get error “build interrupted by the host”.

I have PHP open_base_dir: ON

Max PHP execution time: 300 (default)

Mode: value is fixed

Server Status: 504 -undefined

The website is really huge (1.7Gb), but I can package it in local and another host. I tried two parts installation but even If I’m packaging only the DB it gets stuck at 22.9% no matter what.

I can’t choose DupArchive because I have the Lite version and even if the .daf is more indicated for large websitse it is cleverly capped at 500mb in the lite version… However I don’t think it’s a size problem as I get the same % and error with just the database (that’s under 500Mb)

I can’t switch to mysqldump because the server does not supports PHP shell_exec.

I could change the open base dir or other settings but I’d like to know what could be the issue as I don’t want to go blind in trying to fix it.
