Update url rewrite when user triggered country is selected

    Is there a way I could prepend the page url with country code like au/nz/gb/us when user changes the country using the “If-So Self-Selection Form Extension”. The ideal outcome would be in the following format “https://domain name/country name/%postname%/

    Yes, we’re about to release a new version of both If-So and the Audience Self-selection form extension. One of the new features is the option to redirect the user to a certain page based on their selection.

    Please note that the URL will be applied only immediately after the user’s selection, not when the user continues browsing other pages.
