My shop has free shipping over a certain amount and a flat rate for under that amount. Now and again an order comes through that is supposed to get free shipping as the amount is above the minimum amount but for some reason it charges the flat rate

Thanks for the reply. After thinking about it, I think this could be a user error where they select the flat rate instead of leaving it on free shipping. What is the best way to hide the flat rate option when shipping should be free?
