When I press the button to reset the plugin and place the requested text, it stays loading and does nothing. I tried to clean my database with the most famous plugin, Advance Data Base Cleaner, and I deleted the tables, but when I installed the old version It keeps detecting that I have old tables, I feel that there is data that is being saved incorrectly and filling WordPress with a lot of garbage everywhere

There are two options to delete all data. Have you tried the button that deletes everything and also deactivates the plugin? That may work better.

Also, I’m not sure if I misunderstood, but are you trying to install an older version of the plugin?

When I press delete data in the configuration, I put the requested word “remove data” and it stays loading and does nothing, then I delete and look for the tables and options that start with “independent” or “analytics” and I delete them and still It doesn’t let me install any version, it gives me a critical error, I told myself that I already have an old database, I solved it by searching more thoroughly with other names like “ia” or with other very strange names in the database (with help of the data base cleaner plugin) and once I deleted everything it just let me install the plugin, otherwise it gave me a critical error. But I’m sorry for the plugin, I only mention that they still hate optimizing their tables so that there are no traces of the plugin and making their “reset plugin” button work. I don’t remember how the button says

It’s not fair to say we “hate” making this work when we just added an improved version of this feature in the last update. The “delete all data & deactivate plugin” button worked perfectly fine in our testing and for other users. I’m not sure why it didn’t work on your site, but if you share the PHP error from your debug log, that will help me figure out what went wrong.

It sounds like you solved this manually yourself by also deleting the “iawp_db_version” option. The plugin adds numerous tables that begin with “independent_analytics” and a few options that begin with “iawp_.” Anything else you saw and deleted in the database has nothing to do with our plugin.
