    Hi,

it doesn’t work (but I don’t see how this could have changed without a new plugin update… I have 2.5.17 version).

After deactivating, then reactivating the plugin, it returns to the correct number initially, then the counter once again includes the update of Html5 video player Pro (which I have not installed on my site, I remind you) …

    Hi,

Obviously, this problem is linked to your intrusive Black Friday offer (https://i.imgur.com/jrCSKqg.jpeg)… which is no longer running out…

Please do what is necessary to no longer display this offer and correct the counter!

    Hello @shehabulislam,

the same problem as described above still persists in all of our installations of this plugin.

If we disable the plugin, the red “1” badge for the update next to the main menu entry “Plugins” is gone, as you say it. If we reactivate the plugin, the badge stays away for now. But as soon as we click on Dashboard > Updates (/wp-admin/update-core.php) the red badge comes back, although WordPress says that all is updated.

Even in the newest version 2.5.18 of your plugin which is currently 11 hours old, the issue still persists. The culprit is for 100% your plugin also in its current version.

When do you plan to fix this? Thank you for your work.

    Greetings,
    -doffine

    Hello,

I sincerely apologize for the issue. To resolve it, kindly deactivate the plugin and then activate it again. We have implemented a fix, and after testing on several websites, it should work correctly this time.

    Thank you.

    Hello @shehabulislam,

we just updated the plugin and did as you describe above and now the problem is gone. Well done!

Thanks again for your work and many greetings,
    -doffine
