Redis activated, but not reporting metrics

I’ve been using Redis for a while, but recently it stopped reporting metrics. It says “Not enough data collected yet.” Continues to work fine on other sites.

I’ve tried restarting the Redis service, flushing the cache, deactivating/reactivating the plugin and even restarting the server with no luck.

What is the best sequence for completely resetting and restarting Redis?
