I had a Wodpress website with WooCommerce and Mercado Pago as a payment checkout, it turns out there was an update on WooCommerce on the 16th and the payment methods disappeared, I tried everything to get back and nothing, I redid the website, I did reboot on the host server, reset the SSL certificates, and nothing. Only the message “There are no payment methods available. This could be a mistake on our side. Please contact us if you need help finalizing your order.”
From what I understand, you’re experiencing issues with your payment methods disappearing after a recent WooCommerce update. Specifically, you’ve mentioned that you were using the Mercado Pago payment checkout and it’s no longer available.
Firstly, I would like to clarify if you’re using the Block-Based Checkout with the Checkout Block. If this is the case, please be aware that the ‘Mercado Pago payments for WooCommerce By Mercado Pago‘ payment gateway is currently not compatible with the Cart and Checkout Blocks. As a solution, since the Mercado Pago payment gateway isn’t supported, you might need to switch to using the [woocommerce_checkout]
shortcode.
Alternatively, you can also consider using a supported payment gateway such as WooPayments. This is a fully integrated payment solution that accepts credit/debit cards and local payment options without any setup or monthly fees. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it would be helpful if you could share your site’s System Status with us.
