API REST created in wooCommerce does not work

    REST API created in WooCommerce does not work in Notazz ?https://app.notazz.com/?? invoice generation program.
    I added the information they sent me from woo to solve the .htaccess problem and it still doesn’t work.

    Based on the error, the function was called before WooCommerce fully initialized.

    To address this issue, I suggest the following steps:

    1. Sometimes, conflicts with other plugins or themes can affect the initialization order. You can temporarily deactivate other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the issue persists. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.
    2. If you have any custom code, kindly review functions related to order types or synchronization.
    3. Kindly ensure that the API keys are correct.

    Hi Darla,
    Thank you very much for your response, although all the options you indicate have already been implemented and the REST API follows without sending the information to Notazz.

    1 – The topic has been changed to Twent Twenty-One – no response to the conflict.

    2 – I have already uninstalled all the plugins and put them back 1 at a time – I have not had a response – Right now I only have 8 plugins installed.


    3 – APIs are correct – until 1 month ago everything worked fine and I also have another integration with a website https://dibujaahora.com/ and it works perfectly.
    The difference is that https://www.juanlinares.com/ is in Godaddy and the
    https://dibujaahora.com/ (the one that works well, perfect) is on WordPress.com.

    Since October 18, the REST API does not deliver billing information to the outsourced company Notazz with the integration name WooAcademia:

    the website with conflict is https://www.juanlinares.com/

    I need help, because I have already asked for help from Godaddy who sends me to Woocommerce which sends me back to Godaddy. And for 1 month now I’ve been going back and forth without finding a simple solution to my REST API problem.

    The .htaccess fix you’ve applied is correct and should generally solve any issues related to line length. However, since you’re still experiencing problems, there might be a different underlying issue.

    Do you currently use WooCommerce 8.3.1, or are you on an older version? If possible, could you try switching your WooCommerce to version 8.2 and see if that resolves the issue? I’m trying to determine if the problem is related to the legacy REST API issue.

    Also, can you use a tool like Postman to send a GET request to your WooCommerce REST API endpoint and see if it responds correctly?

    Furthermore, what about server error logs? Did you check it? These can often provide more detailed information about the issue. You can usually find these in your hosting control panel or ask your host for help accessing them.
