Customer note on packing slip

    Hi, in my packing slip settings the option to show the customer note is turned on. However after adding a customer note, it’s not displaying on the packing slip.. are you able to help?

    Also, it would be great if I can show private notes on the packing slip. I guess to do this I will need your pro extension?

    We tested the scenario but were unable to replicate the issue. The customer notes are displayed on the packing slip without any issues if it is present on the corresponding WooCommerce order edit page. Could you please ensure that the customer notes are present in the WC order edit page? It would be helpful if you could share screenshots of the WooCommerce order edit page of a specific order and its corresponding packing slip PDF to help us better understand the issue. (Please make sure that there isn’t any user sensitive information present in it.)

    Regarding the private notes, such kind of additions are only available in the premium version of the plugin. If you’re looking to enhance your packing slip’s features, you might want to consider our premium addon, the WooCommerce PDF Invoices, packing slips and credit notes.
