• Hi, I’m accustomed to editing menu bars when the menu settings are under ‘Appearance.’ However, with the website I’m currently working on (WP v. 6.4.1), the menu editing is available under ‘Appearance’ > ‘Editor’ > ‘Navigation.’ When I added the pages I wanted to display on the top menu (all pages are published), the old menu still appears without the new pages I added.

    1. How can I fix this to make the new menu visible?
    2. Is there an option to “bring back” the menu as it used to be under Appearance?
    Thank you!

  • Hi @cutenmore. It looks like your site is currently showing a menu built in Elementor. You may want to check in the Elementor docs for the Menu widget or in the ElementorKit addon’s docs for its nav menu component. They are probably replacing the menu from WordPress and it looks like they have their own interface to edit it.

Thanks Dennis! Unfortunately, there is no Menu feature available in Elementor and ElementorKit although installed was never setup and there are no components available there at all.

    Any thought? appreciate your help!

Oh darn. As a second-check, did you look in the header template editor in the Elementor configuration? I believe the problem is that somewhere in there Elementor is replacing the WordPress menu.

It may be helpful to reach out to Elementor support as well.
