Hello Back in Stock Notifier Team,

I got an issue with importing an csv that I exported before.

I had to change some categories in my shop an make some other changes. I was affraid, that the plugin data could be harmed so I exported all the data.

Then, had to import and export some products form my store.

After I fixed everything I imported the csv again but all the products aren’t set in the right column “product”. Just the customers and mails are in the lines but not the products.

If you have a solution for me I would be very greatful because the aggregated list is very valuable.

    Best regards

    Johannes

    Hi @codewoogeeksupport,

sorry I messaged you via email and I just saw it was a noreply mail.

I will give you dummy data because if I do it on my live system, I’m afraid that my new subscribers are gone as well.

This how I exported the data:

    ID,Name,Email,Phone,Status,Product,”Product ID”,”Product SKU”,”Product Category”,Price,”Email Registered”,”Subscribed on”103178,”Jon Doe”,[email protected] ,,cwg_subscribed,”CaDA C64005W Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN C42 (C64005W)”,103006,C64005W,pre-orders,78.9916,No,”21. November 2023 18:24″

This is how it got imported:

    ID,Name,Email,Phone,Status,Product,”Product ID”,”Product SKU”,”Product Category”,Price,”Email Registered”,”Subscribed on”103178,”Jon Doe”,[email protected] “CaDA C64005W Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN C42 (C64005W)” C64005W,,cwg_subscribed,,,,,,No,”date of import”.

So I think the problem is that I exported the data and in the meanwhile I updated product categories. After that your plugin couldn’t figure out which product each customer subscribed. Also the Product ID isn’t shown anymore after the import. Only the product name.

    Best regards

    Johannes
