Unable to create variable configuration products

    I have variable products and I have been unable to create variable configuration products. The plugin will only show configuration product.

    For example I have 3 variable products, if I wanted to create 3 different configuration products, the customer will only see one configuration product, and not the other two configuration products.

    This is a huge problem. Does the product configuration only work on single products and not variable products. This behavior will hinger my product launch, and enable me to not make a living.

    Hi Tarzine,

    Sorry I don’t quite understand the issue.
    The configurator will work on variable products when the required add-on is enabled (add-on that you have).

    Have you taken a look at the documentation here?

    If you have configured everything and still are having issue, please write me an email (support for paid products is not allowed in this forum).

    Thank you Marc for your quick response. Thank you for the doc link, I made the configuration setup was done.

    Everything is working as expected now. Thank you so much.
