Compatibility issue with Master Popups Plugin

Hi there, when I activate the Clean Talk Anti-Spam plugin and use the default settings, it prevents me from submitting a custom subscription form I have created with the Master Popups plugin.
I have tested this by going to Clean Talk > Settings > Advanced Setting and turning off protection for custom contact forms. Is there a way that I can keep the protection for the custom Master Popups plugin, for example through an exclusion?
