    Hello

My Analytics always worked fine but now they stopped working. Analytics show 0 (zero sales) but I had several sales every day.

I tried WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear but this did not help.

So how to get Analytics working again?

From what I understand, you’re experiencing issues with your WooCommerce Analytics, as it’s showing zero sales despite having several daily sales. Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps to get your Analytics working again.

Firstly, let’s ensure that your system is pulling data based on the date the order was created. To do this, navigate to your WooCommerce dashboard, and then go to Analytics → Settings. Scroll down until you find the ‘Date type‘ option and select ‘Date Created‘ from the dropdown menu.

Next, we’ll clear any residual data that might be causing a glitch. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and find the option labeled ‘Clear analytics cache.’ Click on ‘Clear all.’?After this, let’s synchronize your old orders with the system by clicking on ‘Reimporting Historical Data.’ in the same Tools section.

WooCommerce uses a system called Action Scheduler for data syncing, and it’s possible that your data is not fully synchronized. You can check if there are any pending actions by going to Tools –> Status –> Scheduled Actions. If there are any ‘pending‘ actions, try running them manually.

Lastly, WooCommerce uses WordPress cron jobs to schedule events like updating your reports. If these cron jobs are not running properly, it can cause delays or inaccuracies in your reports. You can use a plugin like WP Crontrol to check if your cron jobs are running as expected. If you need help with this, here’s a handy guide on ?? Debugging WP-Cron.

If none of these steps work, could you please share your site’s System Status with us? It will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Also, if there are any fatal error logs, please share those with us as well. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.
