    1. Half-width Single Course Page: The single course page is displaying with only half-width, indicating a layout or formatting problem.
    2. Accordion Dysfunction: The accordion feature inside the course single page is not functioning as expected, suggesting a possible coding or compatibility issue.
    3. Recent Plugin Malfunction: The most recent version of the Tutor LMS plugin is not working correctly, impacting the overall functionality of the website.
    4. Rollback Maintenance Issue: Attempting to revert to a previous plugin version (before 1.7.6) results in a message indicating that the site is under maintenance, suggesting a challenge with the rollback process.
