Check the WordPress settings, it can reduce image size.

cant find anything that might cause it. Looks like it lazy loads on mobile.

Just a user here, but I might know your answer. Perhaps you know this, but if you do not. When you upload a file into WordPress Library it automatically creates files of various sizes for “responsive” web pages.

If you select the image from the library it automatically adds a modifier like “-scaled” for WordPress use.

You normally do not see these in the library viewer, but if you FTP into your wordpress site you can see all the files. Look in wp-content-uploads- then if yours is like mine, it has year and month directories.

You can see my example included.

To use the full size image, look at your Scene URL in iPanorama. Change it from whatever it is to the one that is largest size. Here it is a 4 mb file. If you remove the “-scaled” leaving the original file name I think it will work.

i figure it out too. I do just like you explained and delete the “-scale” word from url in ipanorama.

on desktop it loads my original high resolustion photo but on mobile it loads a scaled one or a lazy photo. ??

    Maybe it’s a cache problem?

    Thread Starter adempozhari

    (@adempozhari)

i tried everything and cleared and disabled cache but with no success.

ipanoram has a great feature that allow to add link of the image instead of uploading so I uploaded the image outside my server https://i.ibb.co/yFbLZq8/dimal-trweb.jpg

I still have this problem. on mobile the resolution is much lower. can some try my image link? if the problem persists than is something with the plugin itself.

Try to reduce your image to 4096×2048. Anyway the plugin uses ony original images without modifications.

    hi,

it’s easy to downgrade but my goal is to have crispy photos so customer can choose the products.

I found out the problem is on Android phones only. iPhones do open it in full resolution.

Any idea why that might happen?

I think it’s a cache issue in this case

    (@adempozhari)

quality loss happens when I zoom in. it’s not cache issue as I cleaned and used several android phones on incognito mode.

i will try to understand why this happen on android and reply. its not a plugin problem because on iphone safari it loads perfectly in full resolution.

    Thread Starter adempozhari

    (@adempozhari)

unfortunately, the plugin has an issue with android browsers. it doesn’t fully load the image. I tried other plugins and it open my photo on high resolution. looks like the loading of the image stops. like a lazy loading takes place and doesn’t finalize when zooming. The maximum my S23ultra can handle with another plugin are 8190px wide photos. iPhones do not have any issue with any plugin and any size.

I hope you will investigate and solve it because your plugin options are far better than the other ones.
