It was working well but now it doesn’t

    Hi there,

    The plugin was working well on my site: purinirwanasemarang .co .id but now it doesn’t work. It has the feed by looking at the HTML but it seems that there is a CSS/JS that blocks it.

    The WP is 6.4.1 and uses Elementor builder. I cleared the cache and updated the plugin to the latest version. Could you please help me? Or perhaps give me a direction? Tried the tips on your documentation but it doesn’t help.

    Taking a look at your website, I can see that the feed is working as expected from my end which should be the same result as most visitors. Most likely, the feed is being blocked on your end by an Adblocker or Privacy plugin or setting in the browser. Our feeds work with most adblockers and even Firefox’s Enhanced Privacy Protection, however, some adblockers have custom lists or rules to block specific keywords. You may need to check your adblocker for a custom Social Media or similar list that is blocking the view here. For reference, here is the site when I visit the website, even with a fairly heavy adblocker.
