    Hello,

    as administrator, I can’t export user’s data, it stays in processing state forever…

    If logged as a user, I can do it from backend but user usually doesn’t go to backend…

    Hi,

    Administrators can export data for a user directly from the WordPress user profile. The Awesome Support data is exported in a .zip file and includes ticket attachments. The admin just has to click the EXPORT DATA button to generate the .zip file. When the file is ready, a link will be provided for the download.

    If you are having an issue with exporting date, please check if it is a plugin conflict with another plugin? If the issue persits, please send us a debug.log file we will investigate this issue further.

    Not a nice way to work.

    If you (re(read my initial post, it says I can’t export user data (cannot, it doesn’t work)… The status just stay forever in “Processing” state and is greyed out.

    The first reply received is just useless as it is exactly what I am trying to do…

    How to provide a debug log file safely to you, please ?
