Close popup form functionality

Thanks for reaching out!
First, we apologize for being late to reply to your ticket.
Second, the popup already has X button to close it. If you click on it and it doesn’t close, it is most probably a javascript error caused by any other plugin or theme itself.
Can you please share the link of your page to see this issue?

I viewed the page and I have seen the “X” icon and I can click on it to close the modal. You just don’t see it because you view this from admin view and the black top admin bar is hiding it. Open the page in a private window and you will see it.

On that note, how would I go about triggering close if user clicks outside the modal?

We are working on this feature on the next update and also there will be an option to control the pop up width and height.
