WordPress database error Table doesn’t exist

    We have very frequent errors with WP Offload SES. This may or may not be related to the fact that the wp_gjiq_oses_emails table keeps increasing in size endlessly due to the fact that the option to delete logs after 7 days does nothing – we have to empty the rows in this table on the regular.

    The error seems to indicate that the table wp_gjiq_oses_emails doesn’t exist. Can you kindly check the database and confirm if this is the case?

    As for the delete logs issue, would you be able to send the debugging information from the Support tab on the site you’re having trouble with?

    2. Scroll down to the “Diagnostic Info”
    3. Copy the contents and paste it here in your next response. You may omit any sensitive data as needed.

    Hey @sangemaru,

    Delete the options table record with option_name “wposes_lite_version”, that’ll trigger WP Offload SES Lite to re-check and install its custom tables.

    Hi. Thank you for that advice.

    We have re-created the table and no longer encounter that error.
