PDF not generated

    Hi, I’m testing free version, but would like to buy pro if it works. My issue now is: I get the Event-Mail, but neiter does the Ticket contain the Code associated with the order, nor is any PDF attached. As I can see the PDF is not generated at all, since there is noch such file in the uploads-directory “events_pdf”, clicking on the “VIEW” Link in the customers Event-Status thus also does not work. I checked, the directory has all rights for reading and writing – what else could be the reason?

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugin,
    Do the following checklist :
    1.The event ticket is generated on the order status change , so buy the ticket and change order status to processing then completed.
    2.Make sure the setting “Email Body Content” under Ticket Setting tab is get set with content.
    and then check whether PDF is generated or not.
    3. Enable all the debug log and check the error log , for the issue.

    I did so. The Mail was sent, but no Ticket included, no file generated in the directory. Here are the error messages I got:
